My current rate for sessions is $160 for a 50 minute session; $230 for a 80 minute session. I am an out of network provider and am happy to provide you the necessary documentation needed to file a claim with your insurance.

I offer teletherapy sessions for existing and new clients, following an initial intake screening.

Clinical supervision

I am a former faculty member of the Virginia Tech Marriage and Family Therapy Masters degree program and a current Assistant Trainer with the Internal Family Systems Institute. The journey in becoming a therapist is a challenging one and it has been an interest and passion of mine to instruct and guide therapists in training. I am a Virginia and AAMFT Approved Supervisor. I am also an Approved IFS Clinical Consultant.
